We want you to love your skates! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that the skates are in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Important Note: We recommend trying your skates on inside on a carpeted floor. Skates with scratched plastic, worn wheels, or signs of outdoor use cannot be returned.
