Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@flyingeagleskate.com

. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without consent to return will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee (the shipping fee we send to the consumer, the shipping fee the consumer sends back). The specific fee should be based on the express company.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exception/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special order or personalization). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.


Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.


Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
